glad to see some of india's past is being uncovered from the sea...perswonally, i dont think this tsunami was anything wierd for india over hte course of her history....its likely that many more cities and anceint sites were drowned under water just like this and like dwarka

if Bharat has rich andventureres/divers,
then they can find submerged dwarika and a lot of gold in sunken ships of the centureis past around gujarat coast.

they did find the remains of dwarka a couple of years ago.....a major city off the coast of gujarat which they think is dwarka or dwarika, whichever is the rigt spelling....

if india is always being flooded then its easy to lose artifacts and cities also to the ocean. in that case, much of india's acheological history would be lost, and probably only be discovered if god gave it backto us, like in the mahabalipuram case..

Mahabalipuram is the birthplace of Bhutatalvar ad also also considered to be one of 108 Divya Desams of Lord Vishnu praised by the Alvars.
