wher is the nearest faith full center for me to know &

practice the RAJAYOGA with minimum lending charge?

As far as I know, there is no full-fledged Raja Yoga center.
The eight stages viz:

1) Yama => Don'ts
2) Niyama => Do's

The above 2 steps relates to disciplining oneself.

3) Asana => Physical exercises
4) Pranayama => Breath control

The above 2 steps can be learnt from various yogasana centers

5) Pratyahara => Withdrawal from senses

This step is mainly to reduce the impact of desires and hatred from one's mind and to develop vairagya.

6) Dharna => Concentration
7) Dhyana => Meditation

The above 2 steps are also taught by various yoga and meditation centers.

8) Samadhi

This can be attained only by practice over a period of time
