similarities between Jesus and Ganesha

Just a little observation that flickered through my head. Both Ganesh

and Jesus where born without male assistance. Both are revered for

there great wisdom and compasion. Both were killed by there fathers.

Ganesh directly by Vishnus hand, and Jesus indirectly through Jahovas

chosen people. Both were reborn to become something much greater than

what they origanally were. Just a bit of a coincidence?

Also, both are seen as some kind of mediator. Often people will go to

the other gods only after going to Ganesh. I'm not sure how that

developed. Also, they will go to Jesus as a mediator to the Father.
