This phrase means " I am the vessel " The vehicle through which the

longevity I undertake this decision to Chant and Meditate on the
Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra in its classical form. May God Bless Me with

Translation

" I begin this great sadhana ( discipline ) by invoking the Sages
and Masters who practiced this same discipline from antiquity,
including VamaDeva, Kahola and Vasishta. I shall Chant the Maha
Mrityunjaya Japa with the inclusion of all the accompanying Bija
Mantras ( Seed Sounds ).I pray to obtain good results by the Grace
of God."
