Dear Jorge,

Depends on whether you're a beginner, already received diksha from a
guru, seeker at intermediate stage or already an adept in which case
your 'shakti' transcends all. Also depends on how far you want to
take it regarding Yantra rituals and puja. I can go on and on but
you will all get very tired of me :-)

Meantime, here's a little information:

Practices of ritual and meditation involve internalization and
externalization of symbols. Some believe that the energy (sakti) of
Yantra diagrams are inert until activated by ritual or puja
when 'power' descends into the Yantra and man can start his ascent
into higher realm of being (or higher consciousness, depends on how
one wants to term it).

Ritual Initiation
-----------------
Initiation prepares the sadhaka for return to his inner center and
navigates him towards integration with the 'cosmos'. From initiation
he learns the nature and use of "Yantra-Mantra Complex", learns to
grasp inner meanings of the symbology.

Traditionally, initation ceremony is a rite of passage from one world
to another. Depending on the school of thought or individual
tradition, some conduct elaborate ceremonies. Some Tantras have as
many as 25 different variations of initiation. Some last for many
days and form a complete Yoga sequence.

Simplest form of initiation is "Mantra Initiation" (Mantra Diksha)
performed by a Guru. One of the simplest is when the guru initiates
the chela (disciple) in 3 stages: first guru touches chela while
concentrating deeply on Devi (Sparsa-Diksha), then guru looks at
chela with love and grace (Drik-Diksha) and then guru imparts to
chela words of knowledge. Then teaches chela esoteric techniques of
Chakra Puja (ritual worship of the chakras or circuits of Sri
Yantra). Then comes recitation of 100-syllable mantra of Devi and
offering flowers to Sri Yantra.

Long, long, long technicals, so if you have a chance and if
interested, please check out the Mahanirvana Tantra.

Or type the following words into your seach engine: "Pranapratisha
Ceremony", Yantra Puja, Visarjana, Deity Meditation, Body Yantra or
Kundalini Dhyana.

I'm not sure if many people are interested in the above intensive
suggestions but those words just came to mind and I had to type them
before I forget. Please pardon the long message. Hope this little
bit of humble information is of use.

Shri DharmaDev is right - before you do any of the above, its best to
check with Miss Neeta whether the Yantras were already blessed before
they were shipped. And which Mantras to use in accordance with each
individual "Diagram".

Let's also look forward to Miss Kari's input when she finds the site
she mentioned. I'm still learning everyday - learning is an
adventure too :-)

Btw, I got some Yantras from Miss Neeta a few weeks ago. I didn't
ask her whether they were blessed before shipping. When I opened the
package and held all the Yantras one at a time in the hands,
the "Energy" was already there. Difficult to explain but each Yantra
was "Alive" in my palm.

Om Namah Shivaya,
Sy
