Default Shatkarma Water Quality - 03-18-2009, 05:54 PM
I perform shatkarma as part of my yogic sadhana, and I am wondering if it is ok to use tap water which contains fluoride and possibly other chemicals and minerals in regulated trace ammounts. The shatkarma I currently perform which require water are neti, and kunjal. I tend to become parranoid in these types of issues, is my concern warranted? Thanks for your advice!
