It all belongs to Krsna, why should we pay?
When Upananda prabhu was approached by the Melbourne City council in April of 72, he told them that everything beings to Krsna and they should allow the devotees of Krsna to park freely while we performed Kirtan or chanting in the City (back then it was eight hours a day) Of course that never happened and they kept giving us tickets, we accumulated $60,000 in traffic fines. Years later the council wrote off the money because they couldn’t find the owner of the car.  The cartoon below appeared in the Sun Newspaper, Melbourne Australia's biggest daily
