Hi,
Can someone tell me the significance and use of the 54 bead mala, other than (or including the reason) that Mother Sarasvati is pictured holding one?

54+54=108 japa mala
9 * 6 =54

Similarly if you going on mathematics of it and correlated with the literature of ISKCON .you would be able to get your answer. But you have to work hard.
