Three times a day, few drops of Cow’s ghee if you will do Nasya (Nose Application) it will balance Tridosha (Vata (the Air), Pitta (the fire) & Kapha (the water).

How can this(Nasya application) be done ?

yes cow ghee is good for Nasya what exactly u want to know.. ?? how to take nasya or how is cow ghee applicable for nasaya and balancing tridosh.. ??

not only cow's ghee you can also put til,badam,olive or coconut oil .just put 2 drops in each nostrils before sleeping suck oil inside by deep breathing .you can put everyday.

you should also put 2 drops in your ears one in a week.
any kind of lubrication in your body balances vata in your body
