1:You can use the til oil for bahya snehan i.e external application that will take care of your dryness of skin

2:Also take Hingwashtak churna 2-4 gms before starting your meals along with ghee

3:Always drink luke warm water

4:Nidan parimarjan is the important treatment according to ayurveda i.e avoid bakery items , lot of meat ,absence of vegetables and others of that community that cause you such problems

5:Apply externally hing powder + castor oil externally near umbilicus so that it will relieve from gases fastly

6:At the end if recurrent problems like this plz visit nearest vaidya for a basti course

In view of the fact that you are of Vata-pitta prkruti and disorder of the same i opine that sesame oil will not recommended to you, because tila taila is ushana veerya thogh it it is vata hara. Tila taila is best for vata-kapha disorders disorders, owing to its vatakapha hara properties. It increases pitta and decreases vata and kapha. You may also read my yesterday's post on ghee.

In your case, i suggest you to use ghee in the form of Acha snehapana for 3/5/7 days based on your Jatharagni etc., means intake of ghee alone as it is without additives.
