Hi esteemed Vaidyas,

I am suffering from Vatta-Pitta disorder.
I have shifted to US for official work; while I was in India I was under medication , but now I have left having medicines and want to reduce the symptoms the natural way .As per my doctor, I have a Vatt-pitta prakrutti , in which there is a high vata imbalance.

I get a lot of gas , that is stuck in my back , resulting in anxiety, backpain ,tightening of musles, dryness of skin and tiredness.

Every night i have 1 teaspn of ghee with hot water , It gave me good motions also.

As I was going through the writings in ayurvedaonline (AT) yahoogroups (DOT) com , I read that sesame oil is very beneficial in my case

How do I consume sesame oil(Til oil) , same way with warm water at nights ????

please recommend should i do something else too?

please recommend some natural ways to get rid of vata .

I would be greatful , if I could get a early reply .
