I have read your replies to posts on hair loss. I am suffering from
heavy hair loss, i am 23 and currently living in Australia. I was
told by my vaidya in Pune that this was due to improper eating
habits. He said that I was of pitta prakrtiti and that excess of
tamasic food(meat and junk food in my case) was the major cause. He
prescribed the waman kriya of the panchakarma. After the kriya (jan
2002)initially I observed great benifitis however the condition has
returned now again. I cannot pin-point where I went wrong, I feel
that it must be a flaw in my eating habits. Please advise me as to
what foods should I be eating to reverse hair loss condition.
Also do you think I should undergo the kriya again? Since if I
should I will have to travel to India.
