jala neti
I had some new and persistent allergies overtake me and leave me a raw thoat. Using jala neti helps a lot but even with the proper saline solution it irritates an already raw throat (when I gently clear my nostils). Can I irrigate with water and sesame oil (or something else more soothing) without causing more problems? I need to irrigate every 1-2 hours to keep the drip from my throat. Is that OK? Thanks, CVS |
