application of clarified butter or cream of milk to get rid
of your problem. Medicated mud (especially pitta
type mud) will also greatly help. But i think your
basic problem lies elsewhere. Do you have regular bowel
movements. Do you have fruits (specially fruits from which
juices are prepared) in your diet. Do you smoke or have
alcohol. And last but not the least what is the
environment at your place of residence and place of work. All
this factors affect your skin. So you ill have to
regulate all this to get good results for your
