Default RSI in hands/wrists

Dear All,

I stopped Ashtanga a couple of months ago, and from getting pain in my
back and shoulders I have now developed RSI. ( this'll teach me and my
on and off practise!)
It's painfull and I feel like I don't want to do anything with my
hands/ arms. What should I do though?
Should I go back to my practise and not worry about putting all my
weight onto my wrists?

Anyone with the same problem and some good advice?

xx
