Default thoughts on Ashtanga Yoga spiritual healing power

one thing that draw me back to my Ashtanga practice again and again,
is because the breath energy that i experienced with the class. we are
carried by the breath energy from each other.. and my thought was
subside to the breath.

i understood so far is that by watching and be in one with my breath,
as long as i could.. so that i could be more away from my random,
aimless thinking..so that i would gain more the power of now.. which
means, I would allow my higher level of conscious emerge..so that i
could be one with it.. so that i can go home..

it is the kind of my Buddhism interpretation.. i would like it very
much to hear about Yours?

Yes, it is not Buddhism it is Ashtanga Yoga as written by Pantajali. Read the Yoga Sutras. Sutra #2. Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodaha...Yoga is the cessation of the activity of the mind.....Only once the mind is stilled can you realized your own True Nature (and the True Nature of others...the oneness)....Control of the breath is control of the activities of the mind....Om, shanti, shanti, shanti,
