my problem
hello ppl,
m new member of this group....
i do yoga in the morning but i have this kind of problem....
sometimes i sleep in the afternoon. but when i wake up i feel very weak till the end of the day.... even i cant run at tht time.....
i no this is the bullshit problem but cant help it....
can u tell me wot kind of prblm is this? n wots the solutation for tht......
