One very friendly and responsive teacher who
leads primary series classes in Gene Pacelli. He
teaches at various places in Concord, Cambridge,
Framingham and Boston. You should e-mail him to get his
schedule (because he's all over the place, I'm not sure
what it is): gpacelli@...

Best, Gaby

Thanks for the responses re. my achy-breaky back.
I will give it a try and see how it goes over the
next few weeks.

Also, thanks for the contact
in Boston from Gaby.

I actually injured my
lower back during practice in New York a couple of
weeks ago and still have a bit of left over pain from
that but being more aware of my hips and such will
hopefully help prevent any more of this 'over-stretching'
unless, of course, another helpful teacher stands on my
knees and pushes my chin into the ground in
baddahkonasana. Yeah! What fun! ...no more trouble with pose;
maybe trouble walking! Hello!

Thanks,
The
Baddahkonasana Poster Girl (did I even spell it close to right?)

Hi,

I took a yoga class from Gene Pacelli at BSC in Lexington. I thought he was a wonderful teacher. I'd like to take his class but unable to find it. Does anyone know if he teaches besides BSC? I don't have a membership at the gym so I am looking for the other yoga places. Thanks.

But mere physical stretching and few mingled up stuffs are not the true Yoga. To learn the true Yoga you gotta jump out of your seclusion. Yoga in true form can relate us to the divinity, the Kundalini Awakening and with most of those awesome siddhis.
