Default Home Practice


hi,

Do legs rotation at 180 deg. & cycling in lying
position.

Also do forward band, konasana and surya namaskar
daily.

you can also try to do a lot of hip openers i.e. Garudasana, Eka Pada
Rajakapotasana, Gomukhasana and Bhekasana

Your right that's a real tough one to "push along" on your own. I do best in
that pose when pushing my heals forward away from my body. Also for some stupid
reason smiling also helps.
