Sneeze after Jala Neti Kriye
Namaste to all! I have a problem... I've started doing Jala Neti Kriye again after a long break and now there is a problem. Half an hour (approximately) after Jala Neti Kriye i start to sneeze and i fill like something is tickling me in the nose. My nose is full again and i snuffle a lot too. I sneeze all day quite a lot. What is wrong here? What do you think where is the cause for that?

Are you properly drying your nose out after doing the neti? You need to bend over and breath out deeply for a few minutes to get the water droplets out. Also when doing the neti are you spitting the water out your mouth or letting it flow to the other nostril? To really clear it you need to have the water flow to your mouth.
