AM vs PM and Sporting Goods....
First things first. Today I did my very first
morning Yoga workout. I was totally surprised by the
results. My legs were terribly tight. Is this normal? I
find that I'm much more flexable in the evening.
Usually I do my hatha Yoga routines right before curling
up with a good book before bedtime. Does anyone have
a preferance to morning or PM workouts and why??
Second question... are there any online sporting goods
stores that sell things like ankle weights and dumbell
weights for a half decent price? I'm out in the middle of
nowhere in PA and we don't have a sporting goods store
locally. Lemme know!
