Ashtanga yoga in London?
I am going to London for a few weeks and am wondering where I can find classes possibly around Watford? |

Wish I could remember the guys name...but the fellow who leads the Tripsichore yoga dance company (featured some time ago in Yoga Journal) teaches somewhere in or near London. He's a terrific teacher. |

There are a lot of astanga teachers in London - but I think most of them teach in central or south London, not the far north near Watford. I personally have never practiced with any of them, but ones who have been recommended to me by other English astangis, or who I know personally, are Gingi Lee, Hamish Hendry and Matthew Vollmer.
