Be Happy and make other's happy and our SAI will be Very Happy - 80th birth day

As we all know Swami's 80th birthday is approaching and I was wondering

as devotees of our beloved lord and to make Swami more happy can we do something

to please our lord.

Can we do something where we can make someone happy or where we can give some joy

starting form now and this will be our offering to our Lord on His 80th birthday.

Example why cant we start from home where we can offer our obeisance to our
loving parents like any special pooja where we can show our gratitude towards
our parents - we can make them happy not for a day but it will be a genesis
for all devotees.

We will start form home and then this sharing happiness will be expanded in
various ways,great ideas will be gathered from all our Sai group( brother's and
sister's ).

This happines will be spread all around, each person can make someone happy-
happy and more happy. Be happy and make others happy- Shared Joy is double joy.

Be happy - and our lord will be VERY HAPPY.

So what do you all think Brother's and Sister's ?

any suggestions or any feedback we have to start right now because we have two
months left for our Swami;s 80th birthday-

Sai RAm Brother Soumendra,
This sounds like a great idea. What and how you rpose to make it a
special day for a person???
We usually adopt families from the Jail District to share the joy of
Christmas in giving nd fulfilling a wish list. This can be for our
Swami's birthday and is sround Thanksgiving time any way. BAttered
Woman's shelter can get special help like doing a special seva with
the women and children there. Special gift to the person who has
irthday on that day.
Or Take special food packs to 80 people in each toen where there is
a Sai Samiti
Take a list from the Health and Human Services and take care of them

Your above thought also creation of BABA. So Good let us start. Baba
gave me following areas for improvement.

START THIS IN CORPORATE WORLD.

Dear chairmen and Directors of big companies, there is lot to do in
the corporate world. We have to put LOVE in the corporate world. HR
managers are no more courageous enough to protest against
exploitation of employees.

So whose responsibility to protect employees. It falls on Owners of
the business ie Chairman or Directors.

Stick to 8 hours working hours. Dont ask one employee to do work of
two. Let him enjoy his evening with his families and God.

Make 5 minutes prayer schedule in all companies in the morning. Let
Chairmen lead this.

Let us inculcate Baba's teachings of

Start the day with Love
Fill the day with Love
and End the day with Love.

If management and employee love and understand each other it will
reflect in the output of the company and it will satisfy the
customers.

Today's Management theories of looking at human beings as resources
as if it is machines without feeling has to be removed.

CORPORATE WORLD HAS TO UNDERSTAND THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF HUMANITY
AND DEAR HR MANAGERS SHOULD HAVE MORE COURAGE TO ADVICE THE
MANAGEMENT AGAINST COMPULSORY RETIREMENT AND OTHER ATROCITIES
HAPPENING IN THE CORPORATE JUNGLE.

Wonderful idea that has got every devotee thinking about it.

Indeed we should do something special.

Let me give you an insight into E Great (India) & Co. Please this is not any
boast - but this is what it is, actually.

We at E Great - celebrate 23 November, every year with:

1. Flower Decoration in the whole office and all Baba pictures. These floral
decoration are made by all of us - we just buy raw flowers.

2. In the afternoon from 12 noon onwards - we have a free kitchen - for one and
all to come and partake the prasad. This has been a regular affair for some
years - last year we had about 3500 persons having lunch of Puri, Chana and
Halwa.

NEW: This year we have commenced Gayatri Mantra chanting 108 times at 12 noon
every day - all office staff - from top to bottom attend. Now that we are doing
this - I propose to get grains which we will on each Thursday with each Gayatri
Mantra - place one grain of rice / wheat or chana - in a special place, by each
of the chanting participants. I propose to add this sacrimental food to the main
cooking in the kitchen for 23 November.

However, if all is well, we are proposiong for each Thursday in November this
year to organise Sweet Safron Rice distribution at the Shirdi Temple, besides
some other service to Bhajan singers at Akhand Bhajan - This may be Hot Tea /
coffee or some thing else.

About SAI AT (SAI ALWAYS THERE) Embossed foil picture project - you all know -
so I need not waste your time - but let me inform all that order have been
placed and advance bookings are open. Haste makes waste - but, to avoid
disappointment - please hurry.

Please pardon me if at any time you felt that we were boasting. My aim of writng
this is to give some idea to devotees.

My suggestion is if we can chant the Gayatri Mantra for 108 times at a suitable time.
