The audio file is far too big for it to be uploaded in the "Files" section of
the yahoo groups. Thus in the "Files" section, i have uploaded the word format
of Narayana Upanishad with intonations and the corresponding meaning.

We will start on the 1st stanza today (thursday). Henceforth, every week on a
Thursday we will start the next stanzas. There are 5 stanzas in the Narayana
Upanishad. Thus, we should complete learning it by 20 September.
