Default Bored & low energy .. go to mumbai .. ha ha !!!

hey manoj,

Best advice ( lol )

go to mumbai and work there for 2 yrs, you will never feel bored . soon you will
learn how to climb on top of train and stand in between boggies to travel and
all .. hey hey !!! yup.. it's a crazy place , many people do travel like that
there... work in that famous ambani groups company ( not mentioning the company
name ) , every day you will be leaving home at 7 AM , travelling for nearly 2
hrs , will reach home by 10PM , you can work even on second saturday ( official
working day ) ... the same baby then will start crying ... " ngiaaaa .. I wanna
for time for me ... ngaiiaaaaa"

You will learn how to live 110% , moment to moment .. you cannot dream , if you
dream you will either miss your train , or you will fall out of train . hi hi
.... ( travle by road !! forget it , it will take double the time ) . In office
too you cannot be dreamy somebody else will pull your leg and occupy your seat
mann !!! ha ha .. so your awareness of the present moment will grow .. cool
advice na ?... just kidding ..

For me first few years in mumbai was luxurious , when I was staying at a
quraters of citigroup subsidiary . ( after my engineering studies at REC calicut
, I got campus placement to mumbai) door to door company bus club house ,
furnished flat and all , later a long term assignment in london and all.. but
2003-2004 , was totally pizzed off when I was forced to change the company(that
story later). anyway bangalore is a sleeping city , peaceful, lots of greeneries
around, do visit kerala in every month.

hmmm..

to have high energy..

sing a lot , dance a lot , laugh a lot & breath a lot . secret for the high
energy .. go join some martial arts group .. ( not for fighting with me .. hey
hey !!! ) .. it will keep you alive . If you have observed there is a lot of
similarity between yoga & martial arts. but martial arts is more rajasic and
helps people to feel good about them .

had heard about trance dance ?. had attended that in london .. breathe out madly
with sound while you dance madly with good music .. In the morning do a lot of
exercise with haaaa sound .. ( breathe out through mouth , feel like as if you
are roaring like a lion , but no sound to disturb others ... feel like a
warrior .. do fast breathing "in the morning" ( like bhastrika ) ..

do slow breathing , slow walking .. practising very slow movements "in the
evening" .. so that your sleep will be meditative .. but during day time, live
life like mad rebellious spontaneous child playing every moment with 110 %.
rememebr it is the CHANGE , which creates a wow in iourselves as well as others
.. nature too loves changes .. so be creative in everything .

O god !!! have to finish a lot work ... my boss will go crazy today ... lol ..

with lots of luv

your little brother.

Mumbai/Bombay is great!! A crazy place where you will
never get bored! I sure didn't during the few days I
spent there in December 1995. There's a great pizza
joint, called simply The Pizzeria, on the corner of
Veer Nariman Rd. and Marine Drive. Best pizzas in
India IMHO. And they serve beer too! I survived the
local EMU trains between Central Station and
Churchgate - riding on a Sunday, so it wasn't
crush-loaded with people standing out the doors and
riding on the roof. Took the ferry boat to Elephanta
Caves. Bet a few rupees on the ponies at the
Mahalaxmi Race Course (didn't win!) Finding the
nearest thing to a sports bar and watching India v.
Pakistan field hockey game. Hearing a Hindi version
of "White Christmas" on All India Radio. Just a few
of my memories of Mumbai, though they don't include
Amma (I did India a couple years before meeting her).
Westerners are such a common sight in Mumbai that
they're less likely than elsewhere in India to get
glommed on or ripped off by touts and rickshaw
wallahs. Actually I had one taxi driver who wanted to
take me to Mumbai's red light district, but I said
"Mere ke pas nirodhan nahim" (I don't have any condoms
on me). You probably won't find that one in your
Hindi prhase book

Keval
