Hey beatniks, hippies and pothead pixies,Is there a song that conveys
quite brilliantlythe experience of meditation and if so,which one?We
will skip the classic John Cage's 4'33''for obvious reasons;Durga
might have to burn her booksafter hearing that composition...So
here's my first choice:Words are flowing out like endless rain into a
paper cup,They slither while they pass, they slip away across the
universePools of sorrow, waves of joy are drifting through my open
mind,Possessing and caressing me.Jai guru deva omNothing’s gonna
change my world,Nothing’s gonna change my world.Images of broken
light which dance before me like a million eyes,That call me on and
on across the universe,Thoughts meander like a restless wind inside a
letter box theyTumble blindly as they make their wayAcross the
universeJai guru deva omNothing’s gonna change my world,Nothing’s
gonna change my world.Sounds of laughter shades of earth are ringing
through my open views inviting and inciting meLimitless undying love
which shines around me like a million suns, it calls me on and
onAcross the universeJai guru deva omNothing’s gonna change my
world,Nothing’s gonna change my world.Yep, that would beDr Winston
O'Boogie himselfwhen he was known asBeatle John.:.Gyan

Beloved Gyan,

That has been my forever favourite song, I posted it many
times, esp. on the first group I belonged to. It is perfect...
perfect.....

They used it this year for the Music Awards, the whole world
is starting to hear the same music.

So, Anna will sing along:

words are flowing out
like endless rain into a paper cup,
they slither while they pass,
they slip away across the universe
Pools of sorrow, waves of joy
are drifting through my open mind,
Possessing and carressing me.

Jai guru deva om
Nothing's gonna change my world,
Nothing's gonna change my world.

images of broken light
which dance before me like a million eyes
That call me on and on across the universe,
Thoughts meander like a restless wind,
inside a letter box, they tumble blindly
As they make their way across the universe

Jai guru deva om
Nothing's gonna change my world,
Nothing's gonna change my world,

Sounds of laughter shades of earth
are ringing through my open views
inviting and inciting me
Limitless undying love
which shines around me,
like a million suns, it calls me on and on
Across the Universe

Jai guru dava om
Nothing's gonna change my world,
Nothing's gonna change my world.

Thank you DearHeart.

good nite, good morning
