So NOW I need CREDENTIALS !! "Who" is the one who needs to know what
I bring to the table?

Seriously, I need to let go of a few things (like this forum), and
settle down. I am going to blow a gasket trying to figure this stuff
out!

I will continue simple breath meditation for sitting and otherwise,
and calm down. I really can't ask for more than peace and calm.

You need to know. If you know what you
bring to the table, you are in a position to see your path.

Letting go is good.
Peace and calm are good. One good thing leads to another.
