the "path of enlightenment"...Nothing new to learn, only truth to be
remembered... So simple !!!I just wish I didn't keep forgetting, it

Yep, it is so simple.
Authentic self-remembering will eventually fully replace your pseudo memory.
It just takes a bit of time...
In the past and by others than yourself, your were incessantly and
unreasonably reminded of how deficient you were seen to be.
That implanted pseudo memory just takes time to lose its momentum;
insight, understanding, loving kindness, compassion, is the
application of remembering who you are, who we are.

Time out+compassion+insight+understanding+loving kindness = TIME IN = IN TIME
