Samskrita Bharati Organizes Bhagirathi
4-day Residential Samskritam Camp
Where? Vraj Bhumi, Schuylkill Haven, PA.
(http://www.vraj.org) (25 miles north of Reading, PA
on Rte-183N. Half-way between Harrisburg and Allentown
on I-78. Around 2 hours drive from NJ/Delaware, 3
hours from D.C/Pittsburg, 6 hours from Boston)
When? Fri May 26 to Mon May 29, 2pm (Reporting
time thursday May 25, 7:00 PM)
Faculty? Experienced instructors of Samskrita
Bharati from India and USA
Levels? Beginner (NO prior knowledge of Samskritam)
Intermediate I and II (Some familiarity with
Samskritam)
Advanced(Good conversational skills & Intermediate
grammar)
Fees? Will be informed later.
Participants are encouraged to attend with family.
Special programs for kids. Fee will include lodging,
food and study-materials. Various sessions with
emphasis on Spoken Samskritam, selected portions from
Literature and Grammar. Also activities like Yoga,
prANAyAma, games & entertainment programs will be in
simple and easy-to-understand Samskritam. All in a
beautiful and a natural environ similar to our ancient
gurukulam. A rare opportunity indeed to learn to
speak in Samskritam.
