Raja Yoga (1)
Within Hinduism we come across an experiment that claims that Self Realisation can be and should be a matter of first hand experience and not book learning. Without such first hand experience our spiritual search ends in speculations - not satisfaction. It is also claimed that knowingly or unknowingly every enlightened person of every faith has succeeded in this experiment. This experiment is called 'Raja Yoga'. Over the next few weeks we will look at this subject in greater detail. jay |
