Apparently there is a committee this year to read propsals and then present
them to the GBC. Sesa prabhu is bringing the standards (25 hard copies
printed on both sides-about 7 pages and a cover page-1 additional page) to
the committee. I would then think it would be up to Sesa and whoever to ask
the committee, "Well what is happening with the Cow Standards."
Maybe talk to your local GBC so they have a chance

Yes, I reread everything before sending to Sesa and it is pretty fair. They
just have to appoint a mnitor and then they do not have to do much more then
they are doing.
