These are my two cents:

Jupiter is exalted in 4th house of education and
aspecting 12th house of foreign. Person will
definitely go abroad for further education. 12th house
is also having 5th lord sun in 12 which also confirms
higher education in foreign land
Also, in 12th house , 4th lord moon with 5th lord sun
which indicates rajyoga but with 3rd and 6th lord
mercury which is malefic by lordship gives you
vipreetraj yoga in 12th house.

So, logically, we conclude that person will go abroad
for higher education and after some struggle , he will
settled there because jupiter is aspecting from 4th
house of residence on 12 house of foreign residence.

PLEASE LET ME ME WHEN THIS HAPPENS.IT WILL CONFIRM MY
KNOWLEDGE.

Currently, he is running venus-saturn period. Venus is
2nd and 7th lord which is OK but maraka residing in
11th house of gains with lagna lord and 8th lord mars
and malefic ketu. 11th house is not dushathana.
but aspected by saturn from 5th house. Saturm himself
10th and 11th lord which makes him malefic because of
11th house lordship.

So, We have to analyse dasha from Asc, moon and sun
and also look into dashamsa chart for final output.

>From Asc, venus/saturn are 5-9 to each other, good
position.
>From Moon and Sun, there are 6-8 position to each
other which is not good.
So, it will give mix results for venus-saturn period.

Looking at current transit, jupiter will move in
Cancer in june, prospect for going to abroad will
improve rapidly.
