Dear Visti,
Just wonderd about two points:
In the Lady's chart the UL is lorded by Rahu and Saturn and second from UL is
Jupiter. Will Jupiter support this UL? Also there is an exchange between Mercury
and Saturn. Will her work in some way bring some change being 6th house and 2nd
house?
In the Son's chart there is Drisiti Bhadha with Bhadhakesh in lagna and lagna
lord in the 8th house with Gulika and Maandi.Though there is an exchange here
but are'nt remedies important for these?
Just looking for some guidance here.
Best Regards,
Kanupriya.

Dear Samir, Namaskar
Notice that Jupiter is the lord of 2nd from Upapada in the chart – the
children will sustain the marriage. If the child is now falling ill or is
suffering some debility, then it shows that Jupiter is getting very weak in the
mothers chart, and hence the problems in marriage. Its like nimitta.
All those malefics aren’t helping out either by aspecting the 2nd from
Upapada. But an important point is that Jupiter is the Atmakaraka, and whilst
there maybe separation in the marriage, divorce will be tough to bring.
Expect the question of separation to be brought up during Ketu-Saturn, due to
Saturns placement in the 8th house in Navamsa.
The remedy is clearly through the worship of her Ishta Devata, and fasting on
days of the Upapada. These two remedies will without help her and her marriage
if done sincerely.
Tell her to fast diligently on Saturdays and worship Shiva every morning. Even
if the marriage doesn’t improve, she must continue it for the sake of the
child.
Have the doctors analyze the childs eardrums and hearing (11th lord Jupiter
joined Saturn in lagna – hearing problems). This may be the cause of the
lack of coordination and balance.
Best wishes,
Visti Larsen

marriage problems
|| Om Namah Shivaaya ||Dear list members, Namaskar,I have attached the charts of
two people - a mother and child, who are having some problems at the moment. I
would be grateful if you could suggest what may help them.First the mother.
Her marriage is going through a rough period. She and her husband (with their
two children - aged 4 and 5) recently moved out of his parent's house to live
in a separate flat (in the same town), because there were disputes at home.
Her mother-in-law seems to have had a lot to do with it. Meanwhile she
suspected her husband of seeing other women... Having moved home, things are
not much better and the marriage seems on the verge of collapse. My amateur
analysis is as follows: 2nd from UL is lorded by a debilitated, combust
Jupiter placed in Lagna in an enemy's sign, rendering him very weak despite
directional strength. Jupiter is also AK. He is joined the Sun who is also
weak, and Venus. This does not bode well for sustenance of the marriage.
Further, Rahu is in the 12th house, and will oppose Jupiter (and also the Sun,
whose effects will be felt due to combustion). Pisces is also aspected by
Rahu, Ketu and (retrograde) Saturn (can this indicate infidelity from the
husband?). I cannot see how the mother-in-law's involvement in all this is
shown in the chart (perhaps she isn't involved, only appears to be?). There is
no benefic aspect on Pisces that could provide a solution. The only benefic
association I think is that of Venus joined Jupiter - but then the two are
bitter enemies. The problems have really flared up during Ketu-Jupiter
(Vimsottari). She has been thinking of separation for a while now, but on the
advice of various people (and for the sake of the children) has not done
anything yet. What do the learned members suggest can help her? Should she
try to preserve the marriage? Now for the (younger) child... in the last few
weeks he has developed a problem, whereby he keeps falling down for no
reason... He's fine one minute and all of a sudden he just tumbles the next.
His coordination is completely lacking, and his behaviour is very "spaced-out".
They have been to see various doctors with no diagnosis, but he's been asked to
have an EEG done (imagine a 5-year old kid sitting stock steady for an hour!).
I think the cause of the problem is emotional - because of the turmoil related
to the marriage. Is there anything that can be done to help him?Thank you,With
