om gurave namah---------------------------------------------------------Dear Lakshmi,
Why does a king become a king? Of course I am not referring to most present day
politicians..there are exceptions like Dr Joshi and many others who are totally
honest. Who is a King and Who makes him a king? This should answer your
question. It is a well known fact that the King is the representative of
Bhagavan Vishnu and it is his responsibility to do the work of Bhagavan and
look after the welfare of citizens. The Guru is the representative of Shiva and
his job is to guide in washing sins and preparing for the asta Siddhi's, Bhakti
and Mukti. this should clarify. With best wishesSanjay

Subject: [sjvc] D-5 & Rajayoga
Om Gurave Namah Shri Sanjay, Namaste. I was reading your Jaimini Upadesa Sutra
for the nth time yesterday...you mentioned that the Rajayogas need to be
confirmed from Navamsa, Panchamamsa and Dasamsa, apart from Rasi. With
reference to Panchamamsa it was mentioned that 9th house from lagna/AL needs to
host a Rajayoga combination. Since 5th house rules power & authority, I
understand Panchamamsa. But why the 9th house, and not the 10th house? Power &
authority are derivatives of one's job/status/success, isn't it? Or are we
talking here of personal power/charisma...? Guruji, please aid my
understanding. Regards, Lakshmi
