Without knowing the exact TOB, it is difficult to use the navamsha here.
However, I think marriage or some relationship in the next couple of months
is very possible. Mars-Rahu dasha is conducive to marriage because Mars is
conjunct Venus and Rahu is in 7th. Moreover, Sat and Jup are currently
transiting Taurus which is sign in which 7L Saturn is placed. Also, using
directions of 3.33/yr, Venus conjuncts Pluto and 7L Saturn conjuncts 1L
Moon. As for her nature, she may be somewhat highly sexed, owing to Mars
and Venus conjunct and having Rahu in the 7th.
