After three days of eating raw ginger throughout the day, drinking Mint
with corriander, ginger tea, taking flax seed oil, and taking 1tbsp per
day of the Ph balancer (blackstrap molasses and apple cider vinegar) I
am not sure what did it but I had 8 bowel movements today.. (and
actually got sick from the cramping two times)
So I would have to say I am getting pretty cleaned out. but now I am
afraid to eat I have only been drinking teas today after all this.
