Martha thank you so much for caring and sharing what I can do to help
myself.
Yesterday I made a trip to the local health food store (only had $21 but
I made it stretch lol)
I was able to pick up a piece of organic fresh ginger root - wich I have
been taking nibbles from every hour
I am having a hard time with the freshly cooked soups however, one I am
not an avid soup fan, second - I absolutely do not have time to cook
myself fresh soup every day for lunch and or dinner with a 7 month old
in the house. (let alone keep up with dishes, laundry, toys.. god know
what else lays around my house untouched) LOL I need a new
recommendation for diet here that will fit better into my at the moment
hectic lifestyle.
Unfortunatley I love raw fruits and vegetables, toast and pasta's

While at the healthfood store I was also able to pick up the following items
Black Strap Molasses
Organic apple cider vinegar
(to make "pantherpiss formula")
Highest Lignan Flax Oil Barleans' brand - I have been taking 2 Tbsp a day
The healthfood store didn't have lowfat organic cottage cheese but I
found an easy recipe for panir on the internet that I plan on using.
I also am drinking Peppermint tea with coriander and fennel (1 8oz cup
is all i had so far)
I drink 128 fl oz of water per day.
I need to know foods I can eat as I can not only eat this panir all day
-- do you have any food suggestions I can eat that are "found" in most
"healthy food " kitchens. As we only go grocery shopping once a month
and I do the Once A Month Cooking Plan (cook one weekend for the whole
month and freeze it all in dinner servings)
You made a comment in your email that I need help understanding - --- "
Your agni is your AAAAH for life, and ability to chew it (the closure of
the "G" sound - Sanskrit is a name and form language).
What are some Chai type culinary spices and what teas do you recomend
I was mixing the fennel and corriander in my cup of tea by 1 tsp...
should I be doing it differently. It's grainy but I swallow it . :-)
I still need to buy some Caster Oil - do I take it internally ? like a
drink ?
I could not find Psyllium seed husk at our local health food store either.
Also use suggested doing a home panchakarma.. could you explain what
this is or point me in the direction of some guided walkthrough.
So far since I made the trip to the store last night.. I had
1/4 cup of pork roast with veggies and broth for dinner.
Chips and Homemade Salsa for a late night snack.
Sausage and a slice of cheese on toast, two cups of coffee, for
breakfast today.
White Bean and Carrot soup from a can for lunch
64 oz of water
8 oz of orange juice
We are having alfredo chicken and brocolli for dinner with garlic bread.
Hugs and thank you again.
