I like what you say Todd,
But one has to be careful, when we say Asians---you mean the Far-East Asians.
Otherwise, it is a huge and diverse group, that includes every one from Eastern
" Europe" to the Far-East and includes the South-East Asians too.
By far, in Indian literature, there is lot of respect given to Panchgavya and
the milk.
I do not know what those cows ate in the days of old,
the fact remains that many Indians drank milk then and do it now too.
Your data as far as milk sugars and milk proteins is valid, especially the
proteins in people with immune compromise. As far as the milk sugars, we tend to
" fatten" our cows with all sorts of artificial hormones in the West.
Perhaps Buffalo milk is better, or goat milk is even better, if you raise them
naturally---a rarity in our Urban or sub-urban life.
