Dear Cybervaidya,
I hope you are in high spirits and pink of
health...I am a new member and I would like to ask you to please tell
me what procedures in ayurveda can help in increasing height. I am 22
and 5'1 and half" tall. And yes I totally agree that its the attitude
towards life thats important in ones success but it is also true
regardless of how successful I will be in life...I will also feel sad
because I couldn't be tall, its been a dream of mine since I was a
very young girl. I could blame the genes in my family or lack of
sports whatever it may be the truth remains ..."I wish I was
taller"...even if little bit...and you know something even when I am
an old lady 60 years old I will think back to how I always wanted to
be tall...So anyways to make the long story short...please suggest
anything that you can...I am not in India and so it is not possible
for me to go to a vaidya and that's why I am writing to you...
