Dear Kumar,
While it is true that there are some procedures in ayurveda which
help in increasing height, it is very difficult at the age you
mention (you have said you are 28). If it had been even 22-25, I
would have recommended a try. Also if you want advise regarding what
can be done please visit a qualified vaidya and do not respond to the
ads in the papers. As member durgesh puts it, having a positive
approach often helps more than actual physical appearance.
