Hello,
One of the main things I am working on with KY is
balancing my root chakra-which is very out of whack in
a sexually addictive kind of way. Interspersed with
the root chakra positions I do positions which
complement the root-chakra positions. For the root
chakra I am doing: Sat Kriya, The Crow, stomach
exercises, and the Camel, al of these from Gurukattan
Khalsa's books. I do each of these poses with breath
of fire for 2 minutes, and Sat Kriya for 3 min. Of
course the KY makes a lot of emotional stuff comes up,
which is why I almost dread doing the yoga though have
a fantastic feeling of well being. Overall I feel
great after I do my 7-8 positions, but I actually feel
MORE sexually agitated if I don't do the KY it seems!
