It says:
prak^ityaivacha karmaaNi kriyamaanaani sarvashhaH|
yaH pasyati tadaatmaanam akartaram sa pasyati||
All actions are done by prakR^iti alone. The one who sees that one is
not a doer is the one who really sees (the truth)!
