In reality nothing depends on us not our family members or anything, but it is nice for us to work with devotional consciousness that others may feel some dependance, confidence and faith in.
I think it implies that God is not our order supplier, but that we can be allowed to think, by His Grace, that we can support Him and care for His and His devotees and others welfare.
In that sense we may be working with conviction and determination like if we stop our service others may also become complacent.
That's the way I catch it anyway. Still I really like Srivas' attitude it's straight forward, total dependence.
Independance is the disease.
