This is seriously the most intersting thing I have read, yet at the same time the most unbelievable thing. I had read that in anitiquity, people knew that to split an atom would release a great amount of power but the facts you point out are fantastic. I found this site as I am writing an essay on atomic weapons and searched for "I have become the destroyer of worlds" and was looking at various Indian teachings. Seriously, this is marvelous.
