I see no need to speculate if Jesus Christ was Lord Balarama or not.Srila Prabhupada made it clear he was jiva-tattva and not Vishnu-tattva.Prabupada also stated that Lord Jesus Christ came straight from the spiritual world and was perfect before his birth. He is an empowered incarnation of Krsna.
