While it is true that there are some procedures in ayurveda which
help in increasing height, it is very difficult at the age you
mention (you have said you are 28).Well, i m 23 male,my height is 5.5 want to increase my height 3-4 inch more, how can i do it using ayurvaid, pls help me,if there is any medicine, exercise.
