Yes, you are correct... that is Bahuchara Mata. I heard a different story as to why She is worshipped by transexuals, homosexuals, etc... though. I read somewhere that She was almost raped (!), and that She only forgave Her almost-rapist after he castrated himself and donned the garb of a woman for the rest of his life.
